1997 Honda Accord Strange oil leak

I smelled burning engine oil and found oil around each of the four lower studs of the rear exhaust manifold. The leaks were localized right at the studs. There was no oil leaking above this level onto the manifold. The oil seems to be coming from the stud holes of the manifold. There is no exhaust gas leaking through the gasket and there is no smoke from oil coming from the tailpipe.

Any ideas?
