Hi jtspennington,

Thank you for the donation.

I need some additional information to understand the problem better.

Is the blower motor working when turned on?

Are the control panel components functioning correctly?

Is it only the A/C compressor and cooling fans that are not working when A/C is turned on?

3. Is it only the A/C compressor and cooling fans that are not working when A/C is turned on? Yes, but cooling fans do come on during operating temperature but not when ac is on

The cooling fans for A/C operations would only come on if the compressor clutch relay is engaged.

At the compressor clutch relay (behind left side of front bumper), test for battery voltage at the Black/Yellow wire with ignition switch ON. If voltage is available, use a test lamp to ground the Red/Blue wire and note if the compressor clicks and cooling fans turns on.
