1997 Honda Accord CV half axles, Timing belt

Is $ 1100.00 too much to pay for both cv half axle shafts replaced with rebuilt half axles?
Also timing belt, Water pump, radiator flush, 2 gallons anti freeze, new valve cover gasket.and A/C and alternator belts replaced. This price includes parts and labor. Is it a fair price?
