I cannot get the bolt to loosen to get the caliper off

I cannot get the bolt to loosen to get the caliper off. Any ideas. I have tried to use wd40 to handle deal with the rust but I have not had any luck

An impact wrench (air tool) might be helpful. Also, I like WD40 but it is really not designed as a penetrating oil. Try something like liquid wrench to help dissolve some of the rust. I am sure you have tried a long extension to a ratchet with a possible cheater bar. Wrench hit with a rubber mallet sometimes works too. I go for the impact wrench.
