1997 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles

Hello, I have a 1994 Honda Accord with a slight problem that I cannot figure out.

When I start off down the road and throughout the duration of my trip I hear a sort of grinding noise around the front right tire area.I dont think it is the brakes, but I am not too sure. I looked underneath the car and noticed quite a bit more grease on the right side (just behind the wheel) on the passenger front right, compared to the driver side front wheel where there was not as much grease. Not really sure what to make of it. When I make right turns or curve to the right when driving it seems to enhance the grind (not too loud of a grind, just slight)

update: I am hearing that same sound on both sides, just more on the right side. Bearings? If so, what difficulty level job might that be, how long in labor hours?

Thanks for any help at all.

Sounds like it could be the wheel bearings, but the grease is probably from a torn cv boot. Labor wise, my guide calls for 3.4 hrs of labor to do both front bearings. Looks like a press may be required to do the job, not a DIY, need a machine shop. The bearings are about $70.00 a side
