My 96 Honda has had a problem several years in a row. it only happens in warm weather. After driving for a while and then shutting off the engine to go into a store or something I'll come back and it won't start. I'll open the hood and let it sit, sometimes for up to an hour, and then it'll start fine. All the lights come on, but the engine will not give a single sound. It doesn't happen in cool weather, and it doesn't have any problem with over heating. It's never shut down while driving. PLEASE HELP!!
