1996 Honda Accord not stating

I have a 1996 accord Lx with a 2.2 5 speed 4 door and the thing won’t start... I replaced the starter the ignition and the" main relay" a seven pin relay under the dash. I can hear that it sounds like a relay coming from under the dash but cant place it... when I turn the key on my panel lights go dim and I hear that click... click relay fast like a really makes when it goes bad... do you have a couple of ideas I can try?
