I recently brought my Honda in to have my exhaust system repaired. While there, I asked them to access the terrible "squeaking" I heard, seems to come from the front end whenever I turn the wheel.

This is especially noticeable now that the weather is colder. Squeaks whenever I go over a small bump in road. Very noisy.

They said that the ball joints are dry, but that they are intact and do not need to be replaced. Said that they could not lubricate these joints on a Honda. What can be done - can they be lubricated??

You have to replace them. If they are dry, they will eventually fail.

Some guys do drill holes in them and install grease-fittings, but in my opinion, you should replace it.
