Air Conditioning problem
1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

When I turn on my car. Then I turn on the a/c switch, cold air doesn't blow in until the car is warmed up and the rad. fan and condsen. fan is running then the a/c clutch kicks in and cold air starts to blow in. What seems to be the problem.
