I have a 95 accord wagon, I have replaced front struts, inner and outer tie rods, hub assembly, rotors and brakes, all 4 tires, balanced and alligned. Between 30 and 40 miles per hour I get a vibration but only when I give it gas. If I let it roll at 30-40 I do not get vibration only when accelerating between those speeds. Any thoughts?

Have you replaced the CV joints? If not then you should check them. If they are getting worn they could be causing this vibration.
Also, you might want to have your tires balanced again. Sometimes they get balanced incorrectly or the weights fall off.
This could also be a problem with your engine. How long ago did you have a tune up? If you have a misfire it could cause a vibration like this.
