Bouncy speedometer. When decelerating, the indicator
drops to Zero. As of yesterday, the Odometer and Trip are not moving and speedometer is now immobile.
Is there a fuse in the fuse box that I can check first?
Looking at the diagram with the fuses, I can see no
description for Speedometer. There is a 10A that
has turn indicators, but theyre working.

Im guessing I need to replace the sensor unit, but
I wanted to check if there was a relay or fuse first,
and I can find no clear information regarding this.

Second problem:
Console indicators DID light up - red so you could see
your tach, fuel and speed at night. The green background light is still working, but the indicator needles are no longer lit and its near impossible to
see your speed, tach, or fuel at night.
Again, I can find no clear information on a fuse for this.

Help?

Grab a test light or fuse tester and test all the fuses. This way you can check the cluster fuse and the VSS fuse.

To check the VSS, get for a 5volt reference and ECU ground. The other wire on the harness connector is a signal wire. With the vehicle plugged in and the key on RUNII, you should have a voltage reading from the signal wire while spinning the driver side wheel.
