1995 Honda Accord question on Honda Accord

I have a 1995 honda accord and I am getting some problems. My car is burning fuel more than ordonery in the past week and I really like to know what couild make that happen, because there is no leak on the car, secondly my heat temperature Gage is also going up and Down. These both happening at the same time, Please give me your opinion.

Check the coolant level in the system and it possibly could be a thermostat. I think the two problems are related. The fluctuation in the engine temp is causing the computer to dump fuel based on what it things the engine needs and it could be that the computer is getting bad information and is not dumping the correct amount of fuel in to the cylinders.
