I ran out of gas in my accord and we knew the starter was going bad so once we put gas in the car it would just click. Now we have a new starter in it and new connecters for the battery but it still wont turn over though it does my the noise it is suppose to just not turning over. we have no clue to what the problem could be now. any suggestions?
