1995 Honda Accord Leaking Coolant

My wife just came home and coolant is leaking everywhere. I popped the hood and the upper radiator hose was hot and the coolant reservoir was shaking around and bubbling. After it has cooled down the only coolant that is missing is from the coolant reservoir. My wife didn't notice if the gauge was showing hot or not. What should I look at first?
