I have a 95 Honda with some issues:

1) The idle fluxuates between 2k and 3k when the car is first started and and will resume this irritating fluxuation any time I stop (even once the car is warm.) Bringing it up to 3k RPM until the fan kicks on and slowly letting it down will remedy the problem, but it will do it again at the next stop. I have just put in a new IAC and it is still doing the same thing. I have disconnected the battery and waited 10 minutes for the relearn and have made no progress.

2) The speedometer and odometer work sometimes. There are times at the beginning of my trip when both work for a short period of time and then stop. Other times nothing works at all. The cruise control seems to always work. I have replaced the speed sensor and this did not help.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

The speedometer and odometer problem may be caused by a faulty circuit board in the cluster.
