1995 Accord. 185,000 miles. 4-cyl. My A/C stopped working a little over a month ago (it's cool, but the fan doesn't blow out the cool air), so I've been driving with my windows down. I got home the other day, and I could not get the windows (automatic) to go back up. Later that day, I wanted to go out, but I could not get the car out of "park". I had to use the shift lock key to get the car out of "park". By the following day, all the indicators on the dashboard, as well as the clock and radio had stopped working. A friend of mine tried to replace a couple of fuses, but each time we would start the car and shift out of park, the fuses would blow. Should I be looking for a short circuit somewhere? Thanks.

Yes,It only blows the fuse when you take it out of park? Look at the shifter solenoid wires to see if maybe one has grounded out.

On Hondas strange things happen when an alternator is failing. I might suggest that you look at it as well.
