Hi...wipers are travelling too far in their downstroke and smacking rather soundly on the base of the windshield. Just replaced second driver's side wiper due to it breaking from the stress. Have tried tightening nuts that fasten them to the car, but this only works as a stopgap measure and they quickly return to their problem. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide!
