Only when I park car for long time like early morning when I am trying to chang gear from Park to Reverse or park to Drive(D) I feel like its struck and I hve to apply some force every day.

is it hard to move? or when it is out of park the shifter moves fine? these cars have a shifter interlock solinoid that gets sticky causing it not to release out of park. you can try removing center console and spraying with a brake cleaner to clean it up. if the shifter is all around hard to move then you need to spray the transmission shifter with penetrating fluid to free it up

yes you are right when it is out of park the shifter moves fine only once when it is park for long time and only when I am shifting from park to put in to drive, and I will try on this week end the solution u sent to me if there is some other solution also please let me know, thanks and appritiate
