my gas gauge stopped working and the car ran out of gas. so i changed the fuel filter plugs wires than tested the wires replaced the feul pump and the strainer. then i flushed the fuel lines and cleaned the fuel rail and replaced the injecters and the motor is still missingand i would want to know what else would cause the motor to miss the autozone said that the o2 sensor would cause it to miss but the engine codes are saying the o2 sensor is fine and it isnt tripping any more warning light or engine codes.

You may have a faulty injector get a fuel rail pressure test done this can show up a leaking or faulty injector.

An O2 sensor if faulty will normally case the ECU to run rich, normally it will not cause a misfire, i would get the compressions check as a precaution.
