Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

I would be checking the brakes first, many pads have wear indicators that can screech when the pads get to low, this is an audible warning that the pads need inspecting for replacement, start here.

i know what it is exactly. i had the same problem i thought it was the transmission. when ever i turned it made the noise louder and sometimes when i step on the gas pedal the noise gets louder. OK and now the problem is that there are heat shields under the car on the frame. two of them are rubbing against the exhaust. the one right after the cat. converter and the one right before the muffler. if you rub your fingers across the exhaust around those areas you will figure out where it is rubbing. the exhaust isn't rubbing much but believe me when the car is idling or when turning corners the exhaust rattles against the shields. so what i had to do is go to auto zone and buy longer exhaust hangers so it doesn't rub. i guaranteed this is the issue. let me know the results. ps make sure the car is cooled down before messing with the exhaust. breakyadown_89@yahoo.com email me let me know results or questions
