I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX.
This is the second time its happened now...
After I've been driving for awhile (20 minutes), a clicking/ ticking noise starts when I am stopped. It seems it's coming from where the battery is. I tried to get out of my car to see if I could see anything wrong, but the clicking stopped. Once I got back in my car, it started. So like, It goes on and off in the matter of seconds. But, once I start moving, it stops. For the most part. I have no idea what it could be. It seems like it happens when I've been pressing on the gas pretty hard.
I have new sparkplugs and gaskets. Dont know details. As far as I know, the only problem is a small leak in my oil pan. My mechanic is going to try to fix it once I change the oil, but that's sometime in December.
My friend said it could have been a valve malfunction. But I need some info. Please help, and thanks
