Drove car without issue on Saturday. Rained hard Saturday night. Sunny all day Sunday. Went out to start car on Monday and nothing. When I tried to crank, all electrical went dead. After 5 seconds or so, interior lights came back on. When I step on the brake, all electrical drops. Horn is weak to non-existent. Checked battery with a multi-meter, strong charge. Cleaned battery stems and connectors and re-attached. Checked for moisture in distributor cap - none. Battery and Ignition fuses looked good. At a loss at what to do next - voltage regulator?
