When the AC Compressor cycles as you describe it is a sign of the system may be low on Freon. If you are not accustom to working on Car Air Conditioner you should take it to a AC Service Tech. He can quicly check to see if the Froen is low by puting a set of AC gauges on the system to see what the readings are. Some of the Honda Systems have a site glass this allows you to look at the system if there are bubbles in this site glass when the compresser is on this means that there is air in the system and a possble leak or low on freon.
