Engine Cooling problem
1993 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 223k miles

the car over heats in stop and go traffic, changer the thermostat, still did it, then i noticed the radiator cooling fan doesnt come on, thought i would check the fan moter, can you tell me where it is ?
