1993 Honda Accord Car Stutters

I have a 93 honda acord and lately while driving the car starts to stutter and lose power while accelerating or going up a hill. The rpm gauge also jumps up and down while at steady speed. I recently just purchased new spark plugs, dist. Cap, igntion coil.
