1993 Honda Accord a/c made gurgling noise then stopped...

1993 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 165000 miles
i have a 93 honda accord. here is my problem. my heater hose burst and then over heated. took it to autozone and replaced the hose on the spot and refilled the radiator. then a couple of days later when the a/c was on we would hear a gurgling noise that would go for a couple of seconds and then stop and go then stop. continued for a week or so and then the a/c stopped blowing cold. the compressor still kicks on when you turn on the a/c in the car just no cold air. i have not checked the pressure in the a/c system yet. have not checked any fuses or relays. would the heater hose have caused this problem? and if so then how?

Hi meinsheizer,
Not likely for the heater hose to be the cause.
I would suggest testing the pressure first. There might be a leakage in the system and you don't have enough freon in system now.
