1992 Honda Accord no start with key

my daughter's honda wont crank with key,..replaced starter recently,..was fine,..now wont start with key but if i put power right to starer solonoid,cranks and starts with key on. Does this model have a starter relay?and where would it be?..or if its the neutral safety where would that be?(automatic)
