92 Accord runs great, wonderful MPG, but rarely
it will stall at red lights. Have to brake with foot on accelerator or it will die. Starts fine, idles up okay when cold and will stabilize to 950 rpm.

Frequency can be a happening every 8 months to 1-2 years. Only defining data I can see is it's usually a hot day in stop and go traffic. Will do this for a day or to than not occur for a long while. Scary huh..?
Gasoline brand or water in tank aren't a issue.

Hi skippy101,

When engine stalled, was it easy to restart?
Were the dash lights showing when it stalled?

The car starts immediately with no problem.

Yes, I do believe the dash idiot lights are illuminated
when the car won't idle right and it stalls.

Seems to be an idling issue and I would suggest the following:
1. Clean throttle body, EACV and idle adjust screw.
2. Check valve clearances.
3. Check fuel filter.
