1992 Honda Accord Heater Blows Hot Air then later Hot air t

My 92 Honda Accord has a heat problem. It blows hot air only if the fan speed is on 1 or 2 but if the fan is on Max. it will blow cold air. I change the thermostat and flush the radiator coolant and added coolant but still some result.
