Engine Mechanical problem

code is for EGR, does it cause to make it hard shifting on gears? because it happen to mine

EGR malfunction would cause power losses.
If the hard shifting that you mentioned is slow response then yes, it can cause it.
If the hard shifting is shocks when shifting, then it is not related.
