I recetly bought a 91 honda to have as day to day driver. It was a good deal but it has some problem which I cant seem to figure out. First it takes its time to start. Everything turns on but when i try it seems like it wants to start but it sounds like if it blows out alot of air through the exhaust. And when I keep trying it smells like gas. Sometimes when im on the road i can smell gas through the vents. It waste alot of gas. And i mean way to much gas. I had one before and it didnt wast as much so I was wondering if the smell has anything to do with the smell of gas. I have been told that it can be the distributor or the timing belt. Please help. I hate the smell of gas.
