My spark plugs has carbon deposits when removed and my exhaust pipe. Fuel consumption is also on a high side.

Hi Seye,

Is the mileage correct?

Carbon deposits means oil is getting into the cylinders and being burnt up. This would mean bad valve stem seals and/or piston rings. At the mileage indicated, these items should have been replaced at least twice.
