1991 Honda Accord doesn't shifts properly stay on 2nd gear

My 91 Accord LX auto Transmission doesn't shifts properly stay on 2nd gear when i drive it and doesn't want to go faster than 30--35 /mph and the "S" (D4) light is on. checked TCU which is good .i tried replacing the Shift solenoids .And it is still having problems.any one can help me out please whats wrong or problem it could be Any suggestions? I sure would appreciate any help on this.thank you all .

Hi xid003, Since the S light is on, and the gears do not shift, you need to retrieve the DTC. If none found, the TCM is bad. Connect the SCS and turn ignition switch to ON. Count the flashes on the S light, long delayed flash = 10 and short quick flash = 1.
