1990 Honda Accord Over reving engine

My accord recently started to idle a bit rough and lately when i start it the engine over revs to 2000 rpm. I let it run for a while but when i start moving off slowly it goes down to 1000rpm and starts working normally but if I press down on the clutch it goes up again. After driving for a few minutes then it revs normal at under 1000 like when i just got it. Do you think you can help me out??

Hello !!

Check the IAC Valve (idle air control valve) remove it and clean the carbon build up...
and the Egr, clean it also and see if the idle impoves!
