1990 Honda Accord idles down

When I turn the sterring wheel to the left or right, the engine idles down when it is in neutral and parked. Also, when highway driving, vibration from the front. There is no knocking or pulling in either direction.

First the wheels should not be turned when sitting still, secondly the idle will go down when you turn the wheel as the pump uses up quite some pressure,

for the vibration check your tires balance.
