Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The car won't turn over. I thought it was the starter which I replaced, the battery is good, all lights and electrical work but the starter just clicks but won't turn over.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:
Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.

I replaced the starter so how do I figure out if it's the relay? It's an automatic. Is there something else I should be looking for?

Find the clutch switch at the clutch pedal support bracket disconnect the wiring connector and check for power one of them should have power if so jumper it-did it crank over?
