Noises problem
1990 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic

I have had my starter changed two times because my car will not "catch." I have also replaced the battery. Sometimes it wiill start but other times it will not. I don't know what else needs to be done. I have been told by others that maybe I need a tune up, change the starter or the alternator
