1990 Honda Accord Front Wheel Drive

just replaced the cv axcel but the tire still sticks out at bottom and when I put in drive it starts making a clanking noise

Hi angel1234,

Tires sticking out at bottom is due to a fault with the suspension system and not the CV shaft.

Check the control arms and knuckle for damage to the bushes or ball joints.

If there was any impact damages, the knuckle might be bad.

Check if the CV shaft has been seated correctly at the transmissin side. If it is not fully seated, the shaft would be spinning causing the clacking noise.
