1989 Honda Accord won't start

Engine cranks but won't start, we have ruled out the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel regulator. It fires and dies.

Check timing belt and replace if needed

check for spark
no spark check and replace distributor

Check timing belt and replace if needed

check for spark

i read the PM and I have to ask do you have spark
when you try to start check that
also if no very common is the coil or the dist

are you working on the same car
when it dies what are you loosing but spark tester
and check also the coil
