1989 accord very high idle

1989 accord 4 door lx 5 speed carbuerated, 209,000 miles i just replaced plugs wires pcv fuel and air filter. sprayed carb cleaner into carb and now engine is idleling @ 2000 + rpms have haynes repair manual and it says to adjust idle control screw on carb but that made no difference. i checked to see if throttle was stuck but its not. on the top of carb there is a flap that opens and closes as i push on that flap the idle goes down and i let go it opens up by itself and idle goes way up!! whats the deal please help me

I believe that has an electric choke. I am emailing you a diagram of the carb. There is a choke unloader and choke idle control. One of these is sticking and causing the problem.
