1988 Honda Accord From front tires: Sound like metal chain

The sound occurs during normal driving, at random. It seems to be triggered by turns, speed bumps, and braking.

It sounds like a dog chain being dragged on the floor - A sort of high pitched ringing. Almost a scrappng sound, dry, but mostly a metallic ringing sound.

Please help. Any ideas?

Are your tires worn to the steel belts? If not make sure that the brake calipers are tight. Check the brake rotors and pads for strange wear patterns.
If all checks out it probably is your C/V joint on the half shaft.
Make sure the lug nuts are tight!
