My accord runs very cool (stays just under half on the guage). The heater blows warm air when running harder, but cool when normal driving, and never hot like it should be. I replaced the thermostat. same result. Someone told me it could be air in the heater core. I tried jacking the front end up and getting the air out, little difference. I did notice the system is not building pressure. I borrowed a Stant pressure checker and found no leaks. I filled the resevoir and am now completly stumped. could i have a partially blocked lline?

Hi kakrunch,

1. Is the heater valve opening fully?
2. Did you check for clogging for the heater hoses into and out of heater core?
3. Was the thermostat of the correct typre and specifications?
4. Long shot on this, are the heater hoses correctly installed?
