1991 Other Holden Models car cuts out

1991 Other Holden Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 189000 miles
I have a vn berlina, the motor cuts out sometimes whilst driving. The motor will still turn over however the engine light is not vissable with the key on auxillary position. The car does eventually start again when the engine light reappears (generally but not always after the car has been moved and tried wriggling all wiring under bonet

Had a similar problem with a 1989 Mercedes. It was the ignition module. In the Merc, the module is an expensive part. What you have I don't know but that is where I would start looking.
