2006 Holden Barina Flood damage

Hi, I am looking at purchasing this vehicle and know that it has been flood damaged. Knowing this I wondered what kind of repairs I will need to have done to the motor, brakes, air con, etc, and whether the cost of those would make it a viable option in the long run. Thanks any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. Kylie.
