Help Pontiac Grand Am map sensor

Ok I have a 97 pontiac grand am se 97. Car has been, spitting and idols up and down driving and, parked. Check engine is on so I go get a engine light check and I get coded p0108. I check out the map sensor and the vacuum line had a very bad hole in it. So I changed the hose and now its running perfect but, check, engine, is still on. Please help me I cant, afford to pay a mechanic thousands of dollars.

You probably just need to have the code cleared. Most parts stores will do that for free.
