I have no problem with my vehicle, it is a long lasting car.

My question is, what is the ideal warming up time for the engine before driving?

For an engine to reach operating temperature, it takes about twenty minutes or more of idling time and that would be ideal but personally I would never do that.

Unless under very severe and cold weather conditions, anything more than one minute should be good enough for me.

Hello there, thank you for your quick answer.
I usually keep my engine heating for ten to fifteen minutes heating before driving.
I asked about heating time because I watched a video saying that you only need to heat you engine for one minute, but I was not convinced at all. Because mine is a big 3.6 engine but I always see that the performance is better when heated for fifteen minutes or a bit more.
