Heater and defroster not working properly

The car takes 15 minutes to get warm it dose not seem to get that hot the defroster blowing on the windsheild dosenot defrost the windsheild that fast when you turn csr on it taked s t least 15 minutes to get wsrm and it dosent seem that hot and the defroster takes at lease the same amount of time to defrost the windsheild

Do you live in an extremely cold region? Does the engine reach normal operating temp? On defrost, does the blower motor work at full speed? Have you ever changed the thermostat?
