2007 GMC Yukon V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a question about my 2002 tahoe. I am having trouble starting my vehicle. I have full battery power, but the starter will not turn over. I was told it might be my lockout solenoid, so I tried a different set of keys and played with the shifter to make sure it was in the park position, and nothing changes. Any advise on the possible problem?

Welcome to the forum, your talking about an 02 Tahoe? If so, there is a starter relay in underhood fuse box. Use a testlite, check voltage circuits at the relay. Voltage for the load side of relay, is hot all the time. Voltage for coil side of relay goes hot with the key in the start position.
