2006 GMC Yukon Many Gauges not working

2006 GMC Yukon V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 80000+ miles

My dad's denali has the speedometer, tachometer, and one or two other gauges out. The gas, water temp. And battery gauges are working. What could be causing this problem?

My 2003 Yukon got the same problem. However I missed the RECALL by GMC. It will cost me about $525 to get it repaired/replaced. Call GMC or Google the problem and see if there is a recall for your model GMC.
