I have replaced my fuel pump twice in the last two years (3 months ago the most recent). After replacing the fuel pump it accelerates great; however, after three months my Yukon has again began to lose power, e.g. I am not able to accelerate very fast can only push the gas peddle in about 1/3 of the way if I want to accelerate, otherwise it just doesn't get fuel or acceleration. Now I don't think the fuel pump has gone bad in the three months since it was installed (but maybe it has). Also the electrical connection looked fine when installing the fuel pump. Not sure what I should do because I don't want to keep replacing the fuel pump every 3-12 months. So any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Can a fuel filter get clogged and result in loss power such as this? How about the throttle body? Thanks for the help

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
